got approx 20-30 mins on 8.5m & hyper-X 130 at Spray, Eastbourne, before the wind went ... was getting 11-18 knots on the windy on the beach, and plenty of whitecaps suggested it was going to come through just right .... were 5 of us out at the peak of the wind, but just a shame it didn't last ... it wasn't a thermal as such, as never really came onshore enough.
